Afolabi Folayan holds Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Zoology from the University of Ibadan. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Stockbroker. He is a Senior finance executive with over 18 years of experience covering Audit, Financial Analysis, Corporate Finance, Securities Trading, Lending, Treasury, Operations and Business Support responsibilities in blue chip multinational and Nigerian companies.

He currently serves as the Managing Director of Securities Africa Financial Limited, a securities trading firm. He previously worked as Executive Director with WSTC Financial Services Limited, as a Senior Financial Analyst with Procter & Gamble Nigeria Limited and as an auditor with the professional accounting firm of HLB Z.O. Ososanya & Co.


Adegbenro Adebowale Joshua, holds a Bachelor of Sociology degree from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State. He has worked for about 8 years in the Financial and Real Estate Sectors of the economy. Over the years, he has been exposed to emerging and leading edge technologies in these sectors. He has attended several training programmes on Leadership, Finance and Operations Management, Business Strategy, Creativity, Innovation and Change, Work Place Etiquette, International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) etc.

He is also the Lead resource person on Audit and Assurance, Advanced Audit and Assurance, and Ethics in two ICAN accredited tuition houses, where his students have recorded remarkable successes.

He obtained a state commendation during his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) for his laudable contributions in the very rural area where he had his primary assignment in 2005. He is an Associate member of the distinguished Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

Debo is in high demand as a teacher of repute, within and around churches as well as in seminars and workshops in Nigeria. This young man is a visionary and very passionate about impacting knowledge.

His hobbies and interests include teaching, solving problems, taking up new challenges, leaving people better after their very first contact, getting new and updated information on relevant matters within his sphere of influence. His philosophy of life is “Life is neither simple nor difficult, but it responds to the wise and diligent, while it reacts to the foolish and slothful”.

Debo is very married to Olubunmi Modupe Adegbenro (BM), and the union is currently blessed with two great God Kingdom reconcilers and financiers.


Akin currently leads the Business Development and Strategy Unit of Realty Point Limited. Since joining the company in 2014, he has been responsible for many facets of the company’s activities including building sustainable local and global partnerships and developing overall clientele base, to improve the overall performance of RPL’s top-line and bottom-line levels.
As an astute business analyst, he is primarily responsible for sourcing capital for RPL’s real estate projects, corporate branding and product development, investment analysis, project feasibility and viability appraisals, market research, business development, corporate liaison and advisory services.

Prior to joining RPL, he worked as a Senior Executive Real Estate Analyst with Pison Housing Company, a real estate financial and development advisory firm for about 5 years where he led the Residential Real Estate Practice of the firm and also doubled as the Business Development Manager.

While at Pison, Akin was the project manager for a World Bank funded Statewide Housing Supply Assessment for Nigeria with particular focus on Lagos, Abuja, Rivers and Ogun States. He was also the project director of an Affordable Housing Demand Survey for Lagos State which was funded by the Department for International Development (DFID) UK. In addition to these, he executed several market research and feasibility studies, business plans, real estate investment appraisals and capital raising services for both corporate clients of the company and real estate developers. He was also an asset portfolio manager in a real estate firm and a relationship manager in the banking sector with Sterling Bank Plc, before joining Pison Housing Company.

Akin holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Lagos, in Estate Management and is also a member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. He has attended and facilitated several local and international real estate and housing finance trainings, workshops and conferences particularly in Brazil, Kenya and Ghana. He is currently a M.Sc. candidate of Herriot Watt University, Edinburgh, UK specializing in Real Estate Investment and Finance and also a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) candidate at the University of Lagos.


A 1978 Law graduate of Ahmadu Bello University, called to the Supreme Court of Nigeria as a Barrister and Solicitor in 1979, Mrs Omame has been actively in law practice since then.

After a robust and vibrant life in practice here in Nigeria, she left to live shortly in the United Kingdom, where she sat the qualifying examinations for admission into the Law Society of England and Wales in 2003.

Her experience in the real sector spans both the Nigerian as well as United Kingdom practice. She served as a Special Assistant to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, from 2003 – 2007 on Housing and Urban Development.

Currently she sits on the Boards of Grange Education Limited and Footwear Marketing and Distribution Pls (FAMAD formerly BATA) since 2013.

A consummate writer, via storytelling method, she is blessed with 2 adult daughters.
